About the roleFlowith is building the future of AI-native creation platform. As we grow, we're looking for a UI Designer to help shape our visual system across product experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, and product managers to define and iterate our design language, elevate high-standard aesthetics across interfaces, and establish scalable, maintainable systems.This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about interaction design, visual clarity, system thinking, and exploring how AI can redefine interaction patterns.Responsibilities:

Partner with product designers to craft cohesive and elegant user interfaces across our platform
Build and maintain our product’s visual framework, including tokens, design components, and usage guidelines
Own and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility
Translate complex requirements and AI-driven interactions into clear and intuitive visual patterns
Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation and component alignment
Contribute to the definition of Flowith’s visual direction and design principles
Participate in regular critiques, design reviews, and cross-functional workshops

Requirements

3+ years of experience in UI or visual product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing system-level thinking and visual design excellence
Solid understanding of component-driven design and responsive layout principles
Experience building or maintaining a design system in tools like Figma (Tokens, Variants, Libraries, etc.)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate visual decisions and rationale
Proficiency in basic front-end concepts (HTML/CSS/React) and familiarity with design-to-code workflows
High attention to detail and ability to maintain visual quality across fast-paced iterations
Experience or interest in AI/ML-based tools and interaction models is a strong plus
Fluency in English (working language)
