  • Business Requirement Gathering & Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with manufacturing, planning, procurement and other business units to capture processes for discrete and repetitive manufacturing as well as S&OP, and produce comprehensive functional specifications.
  • Solution Design
  • Design end-to-end production planning and supply-chain optimization solutions using Oracle E-Business Suite (or Fusion Cloud) modules such as INV, BOM, WIP, PUR, CRP, MRP, ASCP, ATP, Advanced Planning, ensuring demand-supply balance.
  • System Configuration & Implementation
  • Configure manufacturing master data (items, work orders, resources) and planning parameters (demand forecasts, capacity constraints, order promising);
  • Set up “Planning Administration” roles and permissions to support data load, release, and resource availability updates.
  • Provide daily functional support for Oracle MFG and Planning modules (including MRP, MPS, ASCP) to users in production, planning, procurement, and warehouse departments, resolving system-related issues.
  • Analyze, design, and implement enhancements and optimizations to Oracle system functionality to meet the evolving needs of business departments.
  • Lead or participate in system upgrades, patch installations, and testing activities related to the Manufacturing and Planning modules.
  • Testing, Training & Go-Live Support
  • Lead unit, integration and UAT testing, author test scripts, and drive defect resolution.
Keys to SuccessBachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
  • ≥ 5 years of Oracle Manufacturing (SCM/Manufacturing) and Supply-Chain Planning (MRP/ASCP/ATP) implementation experience, with at least three full-life-cycle delivery projects.
  • In-depth understanding of the following key business processes and system functions:
  • Manufacturing Module: Bills of Material (BOM), Routings, Work in Process (WIP), Shop Floor Management, Costing.
  • Planning Module: Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Master Production Scheduling (MPS). Experience with Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of integration points between Manufacturing/Planning modules and Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Costing (CST) modules.
  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and business users from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficient in Oracle INV, BOM,WIP, PUR,ATP, CRP, MRP, ASCP, Advanced Planning modules;
  • Proficiency in writing SQL scripts for data querying and issue diagnosis.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Manufacturing and Supply Chain Planning modules.
  • Excellent documentation and user training skills
Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist (Manufacturing / Supply Chain Planning) or equivalent preferred.Excellent cross-functional communication; ability to present solutions to D-level executives; proven multi-project management and risk-control experience.Fluent in Mandarin and English; capable of drafting solution documents and business reports in both languages.Supervisory Responsibilities

Requirements and Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with BI/AI Tools (e.g. Power BI, Google Gemini)
  • Background in SAP PP, APO or other MRP systems, enabling rapid adaptation to multi-system environments.
  • Industry experience in large-scale manufacturing (e.g., automotive, electronics, machining).
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other manufacturing best practices.
