-Daily documentation/operation for air-freight shipment.-Communication with suppliers, vendors and overseas agent, maintain the smooth relationship with customer.-Receive shipping orders.-Confirm with overseas agent with shipping information.-Arrange booking with carrier under agent's shipping instruction.-Release S/O to supplier and update S/O information in system.-Keep agent informed for any changes.-Pick up cargo and arrange customs clearance upon supplier's request.-Update related charges in system in time.-Continue follow up the shipment till complete.
