Builds key Landlords relationships. Keep in touch with potential Landlords to establish rapport business relationship.7. Negotiations with Landlords to achieve a profitable bargain, closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Reporting on successes and areas needing adjustment or improvements while contract renewal OR renovations.8. Monitoring ongoing project, handle the conflict or queries which in order to make sure the project go through smoothly and landing perfectly.KEY FIGURES /MEASUREMENT1. Store # in line with 3-year strategic guideline (Open & Close & Renew).2. Location: Secure prime location for brand visibility, image and traffic.3.
