We're looking for a Procure-to-Pay Manager to lead the P2P function within the Shared Service Center. You'll be responsible for making sure vendor invoices are processed accurately and on time, payments are executed in line with controls, and the service meets quality standards. The role also focuses on strengthening operational controls and driving ongoing process improvements to support Group operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcure-to-Pay Operations
  • Oversee the end-to-end P2P process, including vendor invoice processing, payment execution, and resolving issues for Group entities
  • Ensure invoices and payments are handled promptly and accurately, following internal controls and service-level expectations
  • Prepare and review monthly AP reports, and take proactive steps to clear aged or outstanding items
  • Coordinate with house banks to ensure reliable Host-to-Host payment processing
Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Manage and supervise the P2P team, ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently and service quality stays consistent
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to help the team deliver accuracy, productivity, and on-time results
  • Set team goals, targets, and KPIs; track performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Cultivate a collaborative, disciplined, high-performance culture within the SSC
RequirementsQualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent from a reputable university
  • Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience managing Accounts Payable, ideally in a shared services environment with strong P2P controls
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, Kofax/OCR tools, Host-to-Host payments, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Practical exposure to automation, digitalization, or AI-driven initiatives in finance or reporting is a plus
Skills & Attributes
  • Proven ability to lead a team handling high transaction volumes in a structured, controlled environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage effectively with stakeholders across the Group and the Singapore HQ
  • Detail-oriented with a strong control mindset and commitment to service quality
  • Able to work independently while leading by example to meet tight deadlines
