- Oversee the end-to-end P2P process, including vendor invoice processing, payment execution, and resolving issues for Group entities
- Ensure invoices and payments are handled promptly and accurately, following internal controls and service-level expectations
- Prepare and review monthly AP reports, and take proactive steps to clear aged or outstanding items
- Coordinate with house banks to ensure reliable Host-to-Host payment processing
- Manage and supervise the P2P team, ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently and service quality stays consistent
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to help the team deliver accuracy, productivity, and on-time results
- Set team goals, targets, and KPIs; track performance and drive continuous improvement
- Cultivate a collaborative, disciplined, high-performance culture within the SSC
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent from a reputable university
- Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred
- At least 5 years of experience managing Accounts Payable, ideally in a shared services environment with strong P2P controls
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Kofax/OCR tools, Host-to-Host payments, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Practical exposure to automation, digitalization, or AI-driven initiatives in finance or reporting is a plus
- Proven ability to lead a team handling high transaction volumes in a structured, controlled environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage effectively with stakeholders across the Group and the Singapore HQ
- Detail-oriented with a strong control mindset and commitment to service quality
- Able to work independently while leading by example to meet tight deadlines
