• Follow up with onsite team and business to work out the business solution
• Work out requirements/stories
• Employ analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking skills to improve overall business and systems applicability and performance
• Maintain effective working relationships with organizational team and clients
• Prepare functional specification documentation

• Bachelor’s degree with financial related
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
• Must be collaborative in driving decisions
• Analytical and problem solving skills, with high attention to detail
• Self-motivated, creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
• Basic SQL or RDBMS (preferred, but not required)
