To organize and manage production & maintenance and ensure compliance

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 职责:

To organize production in accordance with SOP, WI, and other relevant documents
To ensure production records are authentic, accurate, complete, timely, and traceable
Organize and implement maintenance for premises and facilities, equipment to remain in good operating condition
To ensure departmental employees receive training and possess the knowledge and practical skills required for their respective.
Be responsible for other activities related for production.
Perform other duties as required

KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 知识、技能及经验要求:
Education 教育背景

Bachelor's degree or higher in Medical Device related field

Experience 工作经验

Three or more years experience in Medical device production or quality management

Specific Knowledge /skills 具体专业技能

Understand GMP /SOP for medical device industry.
Understand the requirements of ISO 13485, and safety knowledge of production management
Good office software used
Communication in English
PACE Individual Contributor competency.
Problem Solving/Decision-Making Skills
Initiative, Motivation, and Commitment
People/organization management skills and good Leadership
Good Communication and coordination Skills
