- Assist the EHS Manager in developing, implementing, and improving the factory's EHS management systems and procedures.
- Ensure daily factory operations comply with EHS policies and procedures.
- Assist in ensuring the factory complies with national and local environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations, SE Zero Harm Framework.
- Maintain communication with government regulatory bodies to stay updated on the latest regulations and ensure compliance.
- Assist in preparing and submitting government reports and internal documents related to EHS.
- Conduct regular on-site safety inspections to identify potential environmental, health, and safety risks.
- Assist in developing and implementing risk control measures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in organizing and delivering EHS training programs to enhance employee safety and environmental awareness.
- Assist in conducting safety drills and emergency response training to ensure employees are prepared for emergencies.
- Assist in investigating EHS-related incidents, documenting details, and analyzing root causes.
- Assist in developing and implementing accident prevention measures to reduce the likelihood of incidents.
- Assist in monitoring the factory's waste management, energy usage, and emission control to ensure compliance with environmental requirements.
- Assist in promoting energy-saving, emission reduction, and sustainable development projects.
- Collect and organize EHS-related data to assist in preparing EHS performance reports.
- Assist in maintaining data and records for the EHS management system.
- Collaborate with production, equipment maintenance, HR, and other departments to ensure effective implementation of EHS measures.
- Assist in promoting an EHS culture and increasing employee engagement.
- Associate degree or higher in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in EHS, with prior experience in a factory environment preferred.
- Familiarity with national and local EHS laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Basic knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees and relevant departments.
- Basic data analysis and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Certifications such as Certified Safety Engineer (mandatory), ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 Internal Auditor are preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, capable of completing tasks independently.
