- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation related to Greater China equity capital markets transactions and debt capital markets transactions.
- Advise clients on transactions including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and debt issuances.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including prospectuses, underwriting agreements, and disclosure materials.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and stock exchanges in Mainland China and Hong Kong.
- Support client meetings, due diligence sessions, and deal execution across Greater China.
- Collaborate with colleagues across practices and jurisdictions to deliver seamless client service.
- Participate in client meetings and conference calls to discuss transactional structures and legal issues.
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 1 years PQE in capital markets within a reputable law firm or financial institution.
- Strong academic credentials in law.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
- Proven track record in managing capital markets transactions
- Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
