- Record all incoming calls and assign the appropriate tasks to relevant colleagues or departments.
- Assist the executive deputy housekeeper to complete the work of the housekeeping department warehouse.
- According to the needs of the department, reasonable purchase of corresponding materials, reserves to maintain sufficient spare parts.
- Assist housekeeping staff and floor supervisors with inquiries about guest needs, questions, and room status.
- Attend regular housekeeping staff meetings to ensure that relevant information is uploaded to floor supervisors and other colleagues.
- Ensure the safe use of keys and work phones during operation, and check out before the start of the work and check in and check after the end of the work.
- Record lost and found collections in accordance with the normative system, and keep records complete, properly stored, and orderly distribution according to standards.
- If necessary, assist the department in handling the department's monthly attendance, including attendance records, annual leave, sick leave, unpaid leave, etc.
- Assist the administrative deputy housekeeper to complete the monthly statement record as required.
- Properly organize the housekeeping department's file summary.
- Comply with the hotel's work policies and procedures, Comply with Hilton's Code of Business Conduct and the terms in the employee handbook.
- Adhere to the hotel safety system, emergency handling regulations and procedures.
