R&D Engineer - Developing

• Design and develop manual and automated test cases for 93K product software (including AI features)
• Collect and report testing metrics, evaluate test results and product quality
• Develop new and optimize existing test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and stability
• Research, recommend, and apply suitable software test automation tools, including AI tools
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve test automation coverage
• Develop customized tools to support test management and enhance quality and efficiency
• Participate in or lead research and practice projects related to test automation and AI testing

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering, involving software testing, test automation (including API test automation), or software development; capable of working independently or leading a small team
• Proficient in Python, Java, JavaScript, Shell, or similar programming languages
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium/QFT for test case automation
• Experience with Continuous Integration environments using Jenkins
• Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile development processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent team collaboration skills; proactive in tackling challenges and finding solutions
• Strong learning ability, research mindset, and problem-solving skills
• Goal-oriented, willing to invest extra time when needed to ensure objectives are met
