As a Service Leader - HSKP/Floor, we rely on you to 作为楼层主管-客房部，您的主要工作职责为：
1. Assists the Exec. Housekeeper/SM-Housekeeping in communicating all relevant information to housekeeping staff assigned at the public areas and floors.
协助行政管家/经理/与公共区域和楼层的客房部员工沟通所有相关信息。
2. Implements appropriate scheduling and duty roster management to ensure staff on duty at any given time corresponds with expected business volume.

3. Attends scheduled employee training and periodic reviews on departmental responsibilities in case of emergencies.

4. Regularly reviews work cycles and ensures staff schedules are coordinated with the peaks and slack of operations to maximize productivity.
