- Responsible for requirement analysis and mechanical development of E-motor according to customer and Bosch internal requirements
- Prepare product specifications (2D/3D) and technical specifications for products
- Prepare and follow up DFMEA and validation plan
- Responsible for technical review and communication with colleagues and suppliers to ensure parts quality
- Technical release of mechanical parts
- Support quality department to solve outsourcing quality problems and customer quality issues
- Support manufacturing for sample build and quality issues
- Master's degree of above, major in mechanical design or electromechanical engineering
- Min. 3 years of relevant mechanical development experience
- Proficient in mechanical design, familiar with relevant methods (e.g. DRBFM, FMEA, DFMEA)
- Strong communication skills, good teamwork, and good at coordinating internal and external resources
- Passion for work, strong independent work ability
- Fluent in English: reading, writing and speaking (fluent discussion of technical topics possible)
- Experience in new energy vehicle e-Drive development and related standard is plus
- Experience in E-Motor development is plus
- FEA simulation skill is plus
