Responsible for master/small batch plan for production and project trial run plan - Follow up daily output and ensure prompt delivery to customers - Coordinate AMC production matching and responsible for the logistic in the area - Continues improve the FG inventory turn as well as the WIP level - Involve in set up and implementation of ERP system - Establish Kanban system in the area to fulfill process flow - develop levelling production plan according to customer demand, material status and capacity - Work with AMC to reach a best balance between production plan adjustment and urgent orders
