Job Overview 综述:The role of a Global Technology Manager (GTM) involves strategic leadership in driving technological strategy, product development & Localization and market competitiveness. This position bridges technical expertise with business acumen to align material advancements with market demands.Responsibilities 职责:Lead team 8-10 high profile technology expertise with responsible for:Technology Strategy:‌ Develop and execute technology roadmaps focused on next-generation engineering plastics (like PA, HTN, PBT, Elastomers, PPS, LCP…)‌New Product Development:‌ Lead the design and commercialization of tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with industry needs‌Product Localization and productivityCustomer support, Market Intelligence & Competitive AnalysisCross-Functional Collaboration:‌ Coordinate with global teams across R&D, manufacturing, and sales to ensure seamless technology transfer, scale-up, and market entry, while addressing regional regulatory and customer requirements.‌‌Qualifications 要求:Technical Knowledge:‌ Master or PhD degree in polymer, chemistry, chemical engineering, or related areas. 10 Years industry experience in Engineer plastic with Deep understanding of polymer chemistry, processing techniques (e.g., injection molding, extrusion), and material characterization‌Leadership and Communication:‌ Proven experience(
3 years management experience) in managing higher profile technology teams, fostering innovation, and translating technical concepts into business value. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills are critical.‌‌Industry Awareness:‌ Knowledge of key applications (e.g., automotive, electronics) and challenges such as chemical resistance, sustainability, and cost optimization.‌
