- Organize regular Value Stream System CIP workshop and Speed /Jishuken activities for BPS maturity development
- As department BPS enabler, drive value stream BPS elements development, maturity assessment and systematic maturity improvement.
- Coordinate BPS benchmark tour, serve as contact window, coordinate external assessment, benchmark, best practice exchange and training resources
- Initiate department I4.0 strategy and development roadmap to support valure stream vision realization.
- Drive digital solutions and lead department digital applications execution.
- 组织周期性的价值流System CIP workshop 和Speed /Jishuken活动以提升BPS成熟度
- 确保Point-CIP执行的效果和效率，以加速问题解决和目标状态的稳定
- 通过对制造，物流，间接系统，流程的现状的观察与评估，设计和实现未来状态，以此来提升部门的BPS成熟度
- 领导BPS成熟度审核
- 领导BPS元素在部门内的执行，发展和优化BPS元素的标准
- 为工业4.0活动提供BPS知识基础（AGV, RFID, MES, APP, Niv+ etc）
理工类相关专业，如工业工程，物流/供应链管理等专业本科以上学历3 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting (co-op/intern experience will be considered)
3年汽车制造相关行业工作经验或精益生产相关实习经历优先1) Good learning and communication skills
2) Ability to work independently and in teams with associates across all levels and functions
- 良好的学习和沟通能力，独立工作能力以及跨部门合作的能力
- 良好的英语听说读写能力（CET6优先考虑）
