
OEM Account Manager(Robotics, Shanghai)

- Develop OEM account plan and budget planning. And drive the sales revenue growth accordingly.
- Identify new OEM growth opportunities and potential new applications. Prospect new OEM companies regionally including identification, onboarding and ramp-up
- Act as liaison between OEM customer and other UR teams (R&D, Marketing, etc..)
- Fostering OEM relationships, support OEMs to fully use UR products and features on their standard solution.
- Responsible for forecasting / reporting of OEM pipeline and performance
- Task management and pipeline management (Salesforce)
- Conduct OEM QBR's (External / Internal)
- Conduct monthly status updates (External)
- College degree or above, MBA or equivalent preferred
- Deep Life science/Semiconductor industry and practical experience within the OEM area both in Automotive industry and Robots industry
- Familiar with the 3C Electronics, Semiconductors, Food and Beverage industry understand the application and program of robot automation preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience and a proven track record from a similar position - working with large accounts channel, Excellent experience in new customers development.
- Minimum of 5 years in an international B2B large accounts channel development context Experience with sales of complex technical solutions
- More than 5 years of independent project management experience and ability
- Solid stakeholder management skills
- The ability to think and act both strategically and hands on
- Experience from a cross-functional role
- Strong communication skills at all levels, Good teamwork spirit, Good team player
- Experience with navigating in an international matrix organization
- Good or Excellent command of Microsoft office software.
- Fluent English skills is a must
