Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with foreign high schools/international schools in order to provide RU admission course counseling.2. Participate in school fairs, educational fairs, and career fairs to collect leads.3. Assist with local social media content.4. Follow up on potential customer information collected from school events and social media.5. Recommend suitable courses to potential students by understanding their interests and needs, advising and responding to them.6. Responsible for outreach activities, including but not limited to planning and conducting school talks, seminars and short courses at out-of-town high schools and learning centers.7. Maintain and establish good relationships with foreign educational institutions and authorities that support the admission of international students.8. Mainly responsible for recruiting students into the RU program; If RU is not in the picture, any other Raffles campus can be chosen.Ideal Profile要求：1. 候选人必须拥有至少 5 年的销售和/或业务开发经验，或同等学历。2. 有教育行业经验者优先。3. 有马来西亚生活或学习经验者优先。4. 工作独立，足智多谋，有上进心。5. 表现出主动性和有弹性的决策能力以及良好的后续技能。6. 具有较强的英语和外语沟通能力，具有与中文同行进行内部和外部沟通的良好互动技巧。在完成最后期限和目标方面具有良好的紧迫感，以积极的“我能做到”的态度，在快速变化的环境中调整和适应我们的业务动态。9. 熟练使用MS Office应用程序进行数据准备和报告。10. 必须能够远赴马来西亚参加 RU 为期 5 天的职业培训.Must be from Guangzhou.1 Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development, or equivalent.2. Experience in the education industry is preferred.3. Experience of living or studying in Malaysia is preferred.4. Work independently, resourceful and self-motivated.5. Demonstrate initiative and resilient decision-making skills as well as good follow-up skills.6. Strong communication skills in English and foreign languages, with good interaction skills for internal and external communication with Chinese counterparts. Have a good sense of urgency to meet deadlines and goals, with a positive "I can do it" attitude, adapt and adapt to our business dynamics in a rapidly changing environment.9. Proficient in using MS Office applications for data preparation and reporting.10. Must be able to travel as far away to Malaysia for a 5-day vocational training at the RU.What's on Offer?
