1、负责室内设计的项目管理工作，承担与业主的项目设计沟通，制定项目的工作计划，管控室内设计成果质量，负责项目汇报工作；
2、具备独立全面的室内设计工作能力，同时带领项目团队完成从方案设计、效果图到施工图的全程设计成果；
3、设计前期提供整体风格、设计定位意见；方案及施工图设计阶段完成平面功能、空间设计、细节深化及材料选定等设计成果；施工实施阶段配合施工现场，负责指导、监督现场施工及后期的验收工作，全程为项目提供及时高质量服务。任职资格：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，室内设计、美术、建筑学等相关专业毕业；
2、6-10年室内设计工作经验，3年及以上的主创经验，具备商业或办公等多类型设计经验、有国际及国内知名室内设计公司工作经验者优先考虑；
3、掌握室内设计理论知识及相关的设计规范，有较强的方案设计及深化设计能力，具有艺术兴趣爱好者优先；
4、熟悉AutoCAD、office系列软件、InDesign、Sketch Up、Adobe CS、Revit或Rhino等软件，有视频剪辑技能及经验的更佳；
5、把握设计效果能力强，能独立负责项目全过程，熟悉装饰材料与材质的应用，熟悉施工工艺流程及国家标准要求。
