The individual will determine appropriate actions outside of established procedures to address safety issues. They will oversee team performance and prioritize safety-related tasks. The role includes conducting research on best practices in safety and security and assisting in the development and implementation of safety training programs. By fostering a proactive approach to safety, the individual will help ensure a secure and compliant work environment.Job Description:Essential Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to influence the quality and effectiveness of safety processes.
Determine appropriate actions outside of defined processes to address safety issues.
Oversee team performance and prioritize safety-related tasks.

Expected Qualifications:

3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
