- Provide administrative support to North Asia Product Development & Sourcing leadership and play an active role as a coordinator and maintain effective communication with all team members.
- Coordinates /assists in events/ projects for the organization and ensure the successful implementation.
- Assist leadership in effective communication with relevant groups inside and outside organization.
- Provide administrative support to leadership which is not limited in managing /preparing meetings, business deck/slides, calendar/schedules, logistics, travel arrangement and expensed process.
- Assumes full responsibility for organizing all team meeting, summit, events/ activities and the visitor/supplier's overall logistic arrangement both on site and off site assigned by leadership.
- Consolidate and monitor T&E budget plan for leadership.
- Assist leadership in daily communication, coordination, follow-up, improvement and problem solving, etc. and other related assignments for leadership.
- Assist in event/project/meeting including AEM, NA leadership meeting, People's day, North Asia Product Development & Sourcing Summit, Kaizen, SRC event, team gathering and any other Ad hoc activities. Provide the off site and on site support.
- Be responsible for ensuring the proper setup of meeting venue of the events, encompassing all logistical aspects necessary for a successful event.
- Oversee the IT technical flow, guaranteeing that all technological requirements are met for a seamless event experience.
- Consolidate/polish/update the deck as needed.

- Diploma or degree from educational entity focusing on business administration or related field.
- General knowledge of business systems with 5 year experience in administration.
- Understanding of budgeting process.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- English is a must. Other language skills beneficial.
- Extensive computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Highly motivated aggressive self-starter.
