- Conduct compliance assessments based on Henkel corporate sustainability and SHE standards.
- Coordinate process development and support cross-functional/SBU teams to achieve new technologies and innovations.

- MS and above degree in related fields.
- Over 3 years in polymerization for acrylic, Olefin, amide, and PU oligomers.
- Experience in product development related project management.
- Strong communication, presentation and conflict management skills.
- Result-oriented leadership.
