Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps, and designing solutions using Salesforce Consumer Good cloud. BA will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the system. Additionally provide expertise in Medical Devices and Customer & service excellence to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.Job Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering by coordinating with Business, Product Owner and Technical Team, Jira story creation.
- Follow up with development team on development completion & testing.
- Sprint Demo
- Stake holder communication management.
- 7+ years of Business Analysts experience in IT Industry
- Excellent Business Analyst skills in Client management, understanding business process/needs, Understanding systems, Converting & Documenting to requirements in Jira tools
- Good understand of system integrations and data flow between systems.
- Able to perform Gap Analysis
- Leading reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Able to co-ordinate between business and technical team and ensures the delivery.
- Working with multiple country stake holders
- Good communication skills
- Understand the Agile Scrum Processes
- Experience working in Tools - Jira, Confluence
- Mandatory: Salesforce knowledge
