We’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Assistant QC Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our packaging materials, ensuring compliance with VGP quality standards, and fostering collaboration across departments to resolve quality issues effectively.RequirementsWhat You’ll Be Doing
Oversee the entire lifecycle of packaging materials, ensuring compliance with VGP quality standards.
Prepare and issue release certifications for packaging materials.
Create, update, and maintain material specifications to ensure compliance and accessibility.
Keep documentation organized and up-to-date for internal use.
Collaborate with departments to address defects and non-conformance issues.
Generate detailed defect and complaint reports for the Quality Assurance (QA) team.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding cases to ensure timely resolution.
Act as a key liaison between internal teams to address packaging material quality issues.
Provide updates and coordinate actions to maintain smooth workflows.
Who We’re Looking For
Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in packaging material management or quality assurance will be a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments effectively.
Proficiency in preparing and maintaining technical documentation.
Familiarity with packaging material standards (e.g., VGP) and quality assurance processes.
