  • Cooperate with the project and sales to complete the quotation evaluation of the product in prophase.
  • Responsible for the development and customization of new process, new equipment and new tooling required by new products and release to mass production line equipment.
  • Responsible for process concept and process design review of new products.
  • Technical upgrading and continuous improvement of existing equipment and tooling.
  • Driving the process realization and process performance (C/T Scape rate OEE) to meet target.
  • Provide solutions for the improvement of process problems and equipment problems of pre-production samples.
  • Prepare flow chart, PFMEA and WI for new products and train production line operator.
  • Cooperate with the quality department to complete the customer's quality complaint and problem improvement.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders or the company.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree or above in Mechanical / Production Engineering/Mechatronics/Automation
  • 5+ years relevant working experience in a Manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years’ experience in design of Automated Assembly Machine
  • Good knowledge in tool making, tool-steel application / selection and heat treatment process
  • Previous experience in cable / connector automated, system/equipment development is preferred
  • Good team player with good communication & presentation in English and Chinese
  • Good Project Management skill
  • Excellent problem solving technique
  • Good understanding on how a process capability study is conducted and able to interpret results
  • The ability to make data-driven decisions based upon statistical analyses, designed experiments and capability studies
