- Responsible for the development and implementation of End-to-End IT/OT solution requirements at LCS-MMC business and ensuring that the solutions meet business requirements.
- According to the project technical documents, Cooperation for the implementation of MOM/MES/EMS/QMS/EAM/WMS... information systems, handling difficult issues, customer training, etc. And carry out orderly debugging according to the project plan, timely organize, summarize, and identify problems, provide feedback on problems, and propose rectification suggestions.
- Developing strategies to meet annual sales target and continuous growth, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure.
- According to customer requirements, collaborate with SA and sales teams to quickly provide customers with high-quality and competitive project solutions, including preliminary project research, pre-sales solutions, and bidding related work.
- Responsible for building solution capabilities for industries such as Mining, Metals, Cement, and Coal, as well as sub industries, and able to horizontally integrate various internal and external resources of the company to provide differentiated solutions for industry clients.
- Responsible for IT/OT integration solutions, including the development of industry segmentation scenario solutions, and promoting the implementation of industry level "one network to the end" business architecture, providing contributions and support for the development of key strategic clients.
- Actively support SA and sales teams in carrying out project business.
- Searching for suitable industry ecological resources and utilizing internal resources within the company.

- High-level solutions and implementation capabilities in large intelligent factories in industries such as Mining, Metals, Cement, and Coal, and be proficient in project pre-sales, implementation, and management.
- Outstanding capability and knowledge in industry processes (professional technology and understanding of applications/manufacturing processes/key market participants) and support regional sales in developing business in MMC related industries.
- Intermediate level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, Application Knowledge, Market Research & Analysis (Market & Economic Trends, Customer Buying Behavior, Competitor Research), EU Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of EU customers), Process Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of Process Solutions customers), Training Skills, Sales Fundamentals (Listening, Analytical, Problem Solving, Lead Qualifying, Negotiating, Persevering, Closing), Value Based Selling Skills, Disciplined Selling Process, Customer Solution Centric Selling Skills.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of our most useful technology (specifically, PLC, DCS,VFD, SCADA, etc.)
- Good sales awareness and the ability to identify project opportunities.
- Proficient in pre-sales project support, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in effective solutions is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experience in IT technology, tools, and programming languages.
- Bachelor’s in engineering computer science and technology or information technology related.
- Min 10 years of industry experience in Mining, Metals, Cement, Coal, etc., with solid knowledge in the field of solutions and project implementation for large-scale intelligent factory projects.
- Workable English.
