Join a company in the industrial and manufacturing sector as an Engineering Manager in Kowloon. This role focuses on overseeing engineering operations and driving efficiency within the department.· Supervise all the Factory daily operation and control all the Departments, especially Production, Logistics, Inventories, Accounting, Purchasing, Admin (Each Department will have one person in Charge).· Implement all the required Administrative Procedures.· No need to do Sales at all (Company will sell to parent company in Hong Kong).· No need to supervise Engineering (mainly done overseas) or Quality (this one will be under Production Manager).Global Heavy equipment industrial companyBroad Level JobA successful Engineering Manager should have:· Good at communication with other local people both from office and from factory work floor.· Familiar with Accounting System (e.g. Kingdee) and ERP Systems. Able to generate reports directly from there.· Very experienced with Factory administrative procedures.· Familiar with ISO 9001 procedures/documentation for Factory Operation (Administration side, not so much for production side).· Familiar with Accounting IFRS requirements for consolidation in parent company.· Experience having Company and Factory Audits by 3rd parties.· Experience in Export/Import and VAT recovery matters.· A Technical Degree is appreciated but not a must. Salary package between 1000000 CNY and 1500000 CNY annually.
