This role is designed to accelerate business growth for Greater China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan) through building and implementing GC pharmaceutical portfolio strategy and managing related critical projects.
  • Develop and manage pharma portfolio pipeline for Greater China region including CBEC OTC/Medical device, dermatology, and Rx portfolio for Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.
  • Discover business needs, design holistic business case, be accountable for end-to-end new product planning & development (NPP/NPD) tasks.
  • Drive portfolio development through both internal and external opportunities to help to seize business gross in Greater China.
  • Effectively manage NPP/NPD projects to ensure project success.
  • Support GM on critical projects and tasks through PMO role.
  • Act as contact window with regional and global colleagues for GC pharma related topics.
  • Other tasks that GM assigns.
  • Solid expertise and experience of portfolio design and management in Pharma industry with successful tracking record of NPP/NPD.
  • Sound skills in market intelligence, data analysis and customer insights.
  • Strong expertise in business case building, P&L management and go to market strategy.
  • Has certain level understanding of omni channel management in Pharma industry including both online and offline channels.
  • Fluent in oral and written English. Good communication skills and able to work with cross function/culture teams.
  • Strong entrepreneurship, agility and a good team player. Result oriented.

  • Bachelor's degree with major in commercial analysis, marketing, medical or finance; or MBA.
  • Good capability in data analysis tools, such as excel, Microsoft Think Cell, PPT.
  • At least with >10 years working experience in product or marketing function. Mature in personality.
