立即投递岗位职责RESPONSIBILITIES: 1、 Based on the commodity handled, responsible for sourcing, administering the RFQ, negotiating with suppliers on cost, quality and service and interface with internal stake holders. 2、 Provide new potential purchasing cost reduction initiatives using various levers such as negotiation, low cost sourcing, and value engineering. 3、 Ensure smooth supply and on-time delivery material as per the defined time line. 4、 Support engineering team for all material needs on new product development and coordinate with them for the material change programs. 5、 Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with Site SQEs, quality control personnel, users, and others to determine root cause and coordinate corrective action. 6、 Release of Purchase Orders based on the request submitted by various internal stake holders considering optimum buying conditions obtained from suppliers for the commodities handled. 7、 Maintain procurement records on costs, delivery, product quality or performance through proper data input into the procurement system. 8、 Responsible for Site KPI's like Cost Reduction, Quality and Delivery Performance and Service Performance, for the commodities handled. 9、 Ensure suppliers to comply with environment and RBA requirements. SKILLS REQUIRED: 1、 Exposure to Sourcing/ Purchasing / supply chain management in a manufacturing industry 2、 Must be familiar with sourcing practices. Commercial and/or technical experience with regard to contract preparation, negotiation, technical capability assessment and development of strategic relationships. 3、 Independent, self-motivator with a technical, commercial mind set. 4、 Strong communication skills in written and oral English. 5、 Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks. 6、 Familiar with the latest requirements of IATF16949, ISO 9000 and ISO 14001.任职资格EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 1、 More than 3 years purchasing working experience, preferably with relevant experience in Electronics, Automotive industry, Semiconductor.
