JEN Kunming by Shangri-La 昆明JEN酒店筹备开业进行时！We are looking for a Director of Rooms.As a Director of Rooms, we rely on you to:
Collate and analyze the forecast from the Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, and all areas under the Rooms Division.
Submit reports to GM in relation to the budget from Rooms Division.
Review key assumptions.
Review ATR and occupancy monthly.
Analyze variances.
Develop and implement action plans to maximize performance and profitability.
Work closely with Sales & Marketing and Reservations teams.
We are looking for someone who:
Has pre-opening experience been a must, prefer with Shangri-La experience.
At least 1.5 yrs. in current position in 5-star international hotel chains in first tier cities.
Fluent to communicate and write in English and local language.
Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills.
Strategy thinking, logical approach and conceptual.
Takes pride in being a hotelier.
Is self-driven, goal-oriented, willing to challenge the status quo.
Upholds professional values, ethics, and integrity at all times.
Enjoys working as part of a team.
Familiar with local market.
