- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze equipment functional requirements, including production efficiency, precision, safety, and cost targets.
- Develop equipment development plans and technical schemes, including process design, Layout design, mechanical structure design, electrical system,IT structure design.
- Compile and maintain technical documents for equipment development, including design drawings, BOM lists, assembly manuals, operation guides, and test reports.
- Optimize equipment performance, conduct root cause analysis of existing problems, and propose equipment optimization plans (e.g., improving stability, reducing maintenance costs).
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
- 5 years of relevant work experience in equipment design, process optimization, or new product/process development (experience in ACB & MCCB area is a plus).
- Ability to lead the automation line, equipment planning, development & responsible for technical evaluation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, PLC software, Familiar with communication interfaces.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English
- Leadership on change management
- Good collaborating skills, problem-solving Skill
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet tight project deadlines.
