Your primary role will involve maintaining accurate financial information, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the financial integrity of the organization and ensuring that financial operations are conducted efficiently.What You'll Dournals, and financial statements. Ensure all transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting principles and company policies.Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls. Assist with external audits and address any audit findings or recommendations.Tax Preparation: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and optimizing tax liabilities.Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities. Provide insights and support to management for strategic decision-making.What You'll Bring to the TableQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred.
Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar financial role.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
