- Manufactures, packages and repackages Kluber products adhering strictly to manufacturing instructions and work instructions – deviations during the process are to be documented and reported to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Carries out all necessary jobs in production independently and with focus on the overall schedule
- Minimizes waste and disposes of it according to regulations.
- Prevents spills of any kind. In the event of a spill he will react as specified in his training.
- Production area is kept clean, safe and organized on a daily basis.
- Handles all materials and operates equipment in a conscientious and safe manner, prevents harm to health and damage to equipment.
- Uses Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and drum handling equipment whenever necessary.
- Active participation in improving the safety culture (Zero accidents).
- Conform to quality and environmental management policy, manual, standard operating procedures and work instructions and continued improvement.
- Comply with corporate and company stated policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws established by local, state and federal authorities.
- Vocational school education or above with chemical background preferred.
- Possess a basic knowledge of relevant processes and products.
- 2-3 working experience in Chemistry, food and other relevant industry.
- Conscientious about health and safety.
- Basic English, math and computer skills.
- Customer focused attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Healthy vision either naturally or with correction.
- Ability to lift up to 35 KG.
- Ability to conduct Confined Space Entries into production kettles. (Physical Requirement)
