= Objective =
The Global Process Owner (GPO) for Market to Order is a pivotal role within our dedicated Global Process Excellence Team. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Market to Order process, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive process enhancements, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction on a global scale.= Key Responsibilities =
  • Process Ownership: Assume end-to-end ownership of the Market to Order process, encompassing all processes from inbound traffic of customers, customer services, pricing etc. Oversee all customer relationship management activities and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for Market to Order process related inquiries.
  • Global Standardization: Collaborate with global, regional and local teams and stakeholders to establish and enforce global standard operating procedures and best practices for the Market to Order process area. Ensure consistent business process models and operating practices across various entities and regions.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess the Market to Order processes to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and automation opportunities. Lead process redesign initiatives to enhance customer experience, reduce cycle times, and minimize errors.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure that Market to Order activities are closely aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and regulatory and market dynamics. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and communicate process strategies, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Risk Management: Implement robust internal controls to mitigate Market to Order related risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies within the Market to Order processes, including scenario analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation measures. Proactively address potential disruptions.
  • Technology Integration: Partner with IT teams to leverage technology solutions and streamline and enhance the Market to Order process area. Drive digital transformation initiatives to meet evolving internal and external business partner expectations.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness and efficiency of the Market to Order processes. Regularly report progress and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts associated with process improvements and system implementations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Process Excellence Community (PEC) and promote business partner-centric practices.
  • Talent Development: Mentor and guide a team of global process experts within the Process Excellence Community. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skill sets and capabilities.
  • Main interface to GB and GD Process Owner community: Be the main contact person for all the existing process owners of GB and GD to ensure that AP specific process requirements and needs are fulfilled.
= Job Requirements =
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Substantial experience in Market to Order process management, including a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience working in Agriculture is a plus.
Knowledge/Skills
  • Profound understanding of Market to Order best practices, marketing principles, and global regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, order management tools, and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Dedication to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • A global mindset with a willingness to travel as required.
