- Identifying and researching potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and other channels to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Initiating contact with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce Snaphunt and generate interest.
- Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure alignment with our ICP and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Actively engaging in consultative selling, understanding customer needs, and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, strategy, and target customer profiles.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and other relevant KPIs.
- Updating the CRM to document all activities on opportunities and follow-ups.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales / business development / lead generation roles, preferably within ATS/EOR platform sales, with an exceptional track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Any prior experience in recruitment / HR tech /Consulting industry is a strong plus
- You are a natural problem solver and a strong business advisor with demonstrated experience in influencing senior stakeholders
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization
- You are self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
