We operate via a fully remote/distributed international team and are looking to hire ambitious, independent problem solvers across multiple functions to support our business growth.The RoleThis is an exciting role where you will build a portfolio of clients who are looking to accelerate their growth by building borderless teams. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic startup environment.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and researching potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and other channels to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Initiating contact with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce Snaphunt and generate interest.
  • Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure alignment with our ICP and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Actively engaging in consultative selling, understanding customer needs, and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, strategy, and target customer profiles.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Updating the CRM to document all activities on opportunities and follow-ups.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales / business development / lead generation roles, preferably within ATS/EOR platform sales, with an exceptional track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Any prior experience in recruitment / HR tech /Consulting industry is a strong plus
  • You are a natural problem solver and a strong business advisor with demonstrated experience in influencing senior stakeholders
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization
  • You are self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • You will be part of a fully remote and internationally distributed team and as a result, can be based anywhere -as long as you have good internet connectivity!
