  • Pre-Sales Customer technical support
  • Post-Sales Customer technical support
  • Technical documentation creation / review
  • Technical demonstration creation, documentation, and presentation
  • Technical presentations to large and small groups of engineers
  • Training course creation and presentation

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, MS preferred
  • At least 5 years DRAM or NAND test experience (specifying, creating, debugging, and correlating device test programs)
  • Strong English & technical communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of modern memory semiconductor device architectures, specifications, and design considerations
  • Proficiency in C / C++ programming
  • Experience in technical sales environment
  • Located in Hefei or Shanghai
  • Self-motivation, being able to work alone as well as being a part of a team.
  • Ability to "think on your feet" and use a "problem solving mindset" in stressful problem solving scenarios
  • Willingness to travel, domestically / internationally, sometimes on very short notice
