HyService OPEX Project EngineerResponsibilities:Opportunity To Order phase (20%)
  • Act as the OPEX segment interface
  • Liaise with HyService Sales team to develop OPEX business opportunities including site visits for health assessments etc.
  • Assist Sales to establish strong customer relationships and maintain a positive customer experience / satisfaction throughout the Sales process, including post sales(OTC).
  • Prepare OPEX offers for site activities.
Order To Cash phase (80%)
  • Execute OPEX projects per contract quality and schedule requirements. Coordinate / mobilize OPEX resources per demand.
  • Develop and manage local site partners.
  • Make right project planning and closely follow up the plan and every milestone to ensure the on-time delivery/complements of project.
  • Coordinate internally and externally for all the issues handling during project execution.
  • Handle customer concerns with priority and escalate when necessary.
  • Attend monthly project review meeting to address project risks and opportunities as well as mitigation actions.
  • Control project cost as budgeted, and monitor sales and sales profit as planned.
  • Address opportunities to improve project EBIT.
  • Sign Change Orders subjected to the projects with notification to account manager.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of bachelor's degree in business in the field of engineering
  • ＞3 Years of experience in electrical industrial project management/ field Service /Turbine or Generator Engineering, preferably with a mix of HyService.
  • Experience of Hydro power Project management is preferred
  • Solid Safety knowledge
  • Workable in written and spoken English
  • Strong Problem Solving capability
  • Communication Skills, and negotiation skills
  • Computer Knowledge and skills: MS Office, Scheduling, SAP system.
