- Keep proactive communications with oversea customers for ensuring fully and correctly understand customers' requirements about transportation and shipping documents before exported shipment is ready.
- Prepare and build up transportation solution accordingly on the circumstance of competitive price and efficient lead time meanwhile this shall satisfy customer and contract requirement.
- Coordinate internal partners, forwarder, oversea customer and other relative functions, execute daily shipment including RFQ if no agreed price ready, booking, package, tracking and so on.
- Create and prepare customs declarations documents and compliance data to declare appropriately or apply for mandatory license such as export license to authorities for assuring these processes are at a trade compliant manner.
- Besides basic shipping docs, some unique files such as FTA shall be applied if applicable and provided to customers for supporting their duty saving purpose or other needs.
- Closely track shipment status and update the latest transportation status, communicate with relative parties timely until goods arrive at destination port timely and safely.
- During daily operation, defining a correct HS code for each exported product is key success factor to secured declaration.
- As export specialist, managing export control effectively during daily operations is very important including releasing blocked order in M3/AEB by following AEB process, and strictly implementing dual-use products exported process by following export control regulatory or sanction rules if applicable, etc.
- Work together with forwarder/broker to improve their performance continually to support our business development smoothly through regular monitoring and bring up abnormal behaviors timely.
- Logistic payment should be managed well by effective checking under the agreement and contract.
- Improve operations efficiency and optimize procedures through continuous analysis, dare to think new, and great collaborations, etc.
- Other duties assigned such as supporting tax refund by matching customs declaration forms with invoice details, exchange collection verification etc.
- To achieve Epiroc “to be customer First in Choice” of the market by value added and care service to the current and potential customers.
- Familiar with China Customs regulation, international trade, etc.
- Good knowledge of transportation management and international logistics.
- Good understanding of trade compliance, especially export control will be plus.
- Good at some skills such as MS office, Power Point, and presentation ability.
- Well organized and clear tactics about complex business circumstances.
- Team player and good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation and driving stakeholders to make things happen.
