  • Work closely with distribution business to define suitable solution that fulfil their strategy and needs.
  • Lead the delivery of the architecture solution to business, and locate ways to reduce costs in IT.
  • Work closely with automation engineer to design an automated solution.
  • Updates with industrial latest knowledge to enrich solution with latest technology.
  • Applied innovation to facilitate smart business operations.
  • Ensure the platforms meet all Non- Functional Requirement.
  • Guide developer on the engineering approaches to the solution.
  • Converge existing platforms into the new architecture.
  • Work closely with Global infrastructure and engineering team to build the solution.
  • Technical insight on group and industry technology trend and strategy and good product vision.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical, design, development and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent team leader with ability to work under pressure with different stakeholders.
  • Experience of working in a DevOps focused environment and working in an Agile Team.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English.
  • Great experience in React, C#, Java Springboot development and API experience.
  • Practical experience with MongoDB and Oracle database development.
  • Experience working with modern architectures (e.g. automation, cloud-based, microservices-based) in a DevOps environment is highly desirable.
  • Fully understand HSBC systems landscape and their functional model, especially group systems.
