- Support end‑to‑end forecasting, outlook, and annual planning processes for the Chengdu and Manila hubs.
- Maintain detailed financial models, assumptions, and cost allocations, ensuring accuracy and consistency across hubs.
- Prepare timely forecast submissions, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and variances.
- Track and analyze financial performance versus plan, forecast, and prior year, with a focus on cost, headcount, and productivity.
- Produce clear, structured variance analysis and management commentary for hub and global stakeholders.
- Support productivity, transformation, and digitalization initiatives through financial tracking and reporting.
- Act as a day‑to‑day finance partner to hub leadership and functional stakeholders in Chengdu and Manila.
- Coordinate closely with hub counterparts to ensure alignment on assumptions, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support leadership reviews and governance forums with high‑quality analyses and presentation materials.
- Execute FP&A processes with strong attention to detail, data integrity, and compliance with finance policies.
- Support continuous improvement and standardization of FP&A processes across both hubs.
- Leverage enterprise planning tools and reporting systems to improve efficiency and insight quality.
- Work closely with analysts and managers across hubs to share best practices and ensure consistent outputs.
- Provide guidance and informal coaching to junior analysts as needed.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high‑performance team culture across Chengdu and Manila.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across geographies and time zones.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with enterprise FP&A tools strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
