Pay Band: 7 Country/Location: Beijing, China Department: English and Exams Contract Type: Fixed term contract Contract Duration: Two years Closing Date: Thursday, 11 September 2025- 23:59 Philippine Time (GMT +8) Role Description/Purpose Overall, manage the Quality Assurance (QA) team of approximately 10 members. Establish QA processes and standards, set key performance indicators (KPIs) for the test team, and monitor and manage team performance to ensure high efficiency and product quality. The role serves as the key control point for the QA team and the primary contact for global partner testing teams, ensuring the quality of global solutions. Role Accountabilities We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our IT Quality Assurance function, driving excellence across people, processes, and products. This role involves managing and mentoring the QA Manager and their teams, cultivating a high-performance culture focused on quality and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for developing team capabilities, aligning resources effectively, and ensuring robust testing strategies are implemented to support business and IT goals. Your leadership will be key in embedding best practices, enhancing automation frameworks, and ensuring rigorous testing standards are met across all projects. As the champion of product quality, you will lead initiatives to increase test automation, integrate testing into CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery / Continuous Deployment) pipelines, and monitor key quality metrics to ensure software releases meet the highest standards. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across IT, Product Management, and Operations, providing clear insights and aligning QA efforts with strategic objectives. This role also demands a strong focus on continuous improvement, driving innovation in QA tools and processes while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and product quality. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree Proven track record with at least two years of experience in system testing and development, following ITIL and Agile methodologies. Experience in managing testing teams. Familiarity with bug tracking tools. Good understanding of Agile processes and Lean principles. Strong communication skills. Objective-oriented and results-driven.
