  • Maintain high awareness of safety, compliance and IP for self and working environment.
  • Take care of lab equipment and actively contribute to lab safety and house-keeping.
  • Contribute to the building up and exchange of know-how among teams and among regions. Learn from IP and research report and make summary.
  • Carry out technical work with high quality, including daily synthesis according to job hazardous analysis.
  • Documentation of the synthesis protocols observations in lab journals, testing results, lab chemicals via GSLO management.
  • Accomplish lab products with basic property test, evaluation, analysis according to standard operating procedure and provide reliable test results
  • Independently design suitable recipes with own ideas.

Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science or similar2. Masters degree + 3 years experience, Bachelor’s degree +5 years experience3. Technical and strategic skills in completion of assigned tasks4. Deliver results with limited supervision from R&D Manager5. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills as working in a team6.
