Define China region lean process vision and roadmap, make sure the lean maturity.
Pilot and rollout Lean activities which were required by headquarter.
Train employees lean methods and tools at lean academy and develop plant lean experts.
Consulting lean activities for all Plants and COO central function such as regional Tool Shop, Special Machine, Production Technology, SCM& Logistics, also for non-production area such as HR, Finance, R&D, Business division, Sales and Marketing, Purchasing……
Conduct lean review and give improvement direction and plan.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or above.
At least 10years experience in operation.
At least 5years experience in lean related topics.
Working experience in indirect is preferred.
Strategy thinking, deep understanding about production system and capability to design production system.
Hands on skill and practical problem-solving capability at GEMBA.
Lean tools expert such as VSM, SMED, Shop Floor Management, Coaching, TPM…
Good workshop moderation skill and training skill.
Open, High passion, Self-driving, good teamwork and communication skill, Fluent in English
Have the whole value chain improvement experience and business system concept is preferred.
