Main Responsibility:1. Responsible for process engineering team management, staff guidance and development, performance assessment, incentive, etc2. Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to resolve complex production issues related to process, tooling and equipment3. Identifying, lead, and champion continuous improvement initiatives4. Act as the manufacturing leader for new products or localization projects, ensuring product realization with reasonable cost5. Analyze production data, downtime reports, and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in safety, quality, delivery and cost.6. Support R&D new products development7. Support technical and manufacturing related training for all staff.Job Requirements:1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or related, foreign company working experience is preferred2. More than 5 years production & process management experience in machining industry3. Familiar with machining process management and assembly process management4. Experience in equipment management is preferred5. Familiar with Lean, TPM, quality management tools6. Good team work and team management skills7. Good analytical, discernment and problem solving skills8. High stress tolerance, good self - motivation and result oriented9. Flexibility, has strategic thinking, openness to criticism and ideas10. Fluent in spoken and written English11.
