Direct and supervise the implementation of an effective system of reporting on major issues and routine maintenance to ensure that buildings, facilities and the surrounding environment are in good condition at all times.

Assist the Chief Engineer in conducting a long-term assessment of the equipment and formulating a major repair and re-purchase plan; Ensure the safe and effective operation of all computer rooms and equipment;
