- A developing company looking for Sales Manager.
- Proactively develop new clients, be responsible for promoting and selling the company's one-stop professional services (such as finance and taxation, auditing, business consulting, HR advisory, etc.) to target enterprises, and complete the designated sales tasks.
- Promote our services to potential clients (including but not limited to multinational corporations in China and overseas investment institutions), identify their needs, and develop and maintain cooperative partnerships with channel partners (such as banks, law firms, chambers of commerce, etc.) to obtain business opportunities.
- Accountable for the strategic development and ongoing management of diverse channels, as well as coordinating and organizing various channel-related activities.
- Responsible for engaging in strategic dialogues with the market, deeply understanding market demands, and possessing keen insight into market trends and profound comprehension abilities. Simultaneously serving as the company's brand ambassador to enhance the company's influence in the market.
- Deeply explore customer needs, effectively convey the value of our professional services, and with the support of internal experts, provide customers with accurate recommendations of solutions to facilitate cooperation.
- Analyze the market competition landscape and industry trends, formulate and implement effective sales strategies.
- A full-time bachelor's degree or above is required, and those with professional backgrounds in finance and taxation, accounting, finance, human resources, and other related fields are preferred.
- Have more than 2 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management. Those with sales experience in enterprise services, professional services (such as finance and taxation, consulting, etc.) will be given priority.
- Possessing excellent communication and expression skills, business negotiation skills, and the ability to independently develop clients. Having a strong sense of customer service and quick learning ability.
- Possess certain industry analysis capabilities, have a keen sense of market information, and be able to understand the potential needs of corporate clients in aspects such as finance, taxation, and compliance.
- Proactive, approachable, with good pressure resistance and team spirit.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
