- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and writing code in one or more programming languages.
- Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Experience working alongside technical teams (Product, Engineering, or Sales) to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
- Experience as a software developer, data scientist, or a deep technical understanding of the ad business generation industry.
- Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects simultaneously and the drive to take a project from an initial idea to full completion independently.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable advice for non-technical stakeholders or external partners.
- Excellent investigative skills, with the ability to debug customer-facing issues, whether it's at the code level or within a broader system implementation.
- Cultivate deep technical and product knowledge of the ad business generation ecosystem to architect solutions and implementations for the partners.
- Lead technical engagements with bidders and agencies, align Google’s product suite with their specific business goals to drive long-term business and engagement.
- Resolve complex technical escalations from sales and clients, while proactively developing tools, documentation, and workflows to scale support globally.
- Identify and implement best practices to streamline business strategies, accelerate product adoption and establish a blueprint for partner success.
- Act as a critical feedback loop between the market and the product to influence strategy, design, and prioritization in collaboration with Go-to-Market (GTM), Product Management, and Engineering teams.
