- Assist in day-to-day business operations, coordination and follow-up of ongoing projects.
- Support e-commerce tasks across platforms such as Tmall, JD_com, Xiaohongshu and Douyin (training provided).
- Conduct basic market research, competitor checks, and prepare simple analytical briefs.
- Help prepare presentations, reports and documentation for internal and client meetings.
- Contribute to communication and coordination between our China and Europe teams.
- Assist with basic data checks, content reviews and operational tasks required to keep projects running smoothly.
- Handle occasional logistics and administrative support tasks linked to project execution.
- University student or recent graduate (Business, Marketing, International Trade, Communications, or similar).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- High motivation, curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple small tasks.
- Good attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, China market, or cross-border business.
- Ability to work in an international, fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with Chinese digital platforms (Tmall, JD, Xiaohongshu, Douyin), even at a basic level.
- Experience in student projects, part-time roles or internships related to marketing, operations or digital business.
- Basic PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- A high-learning-curve internship with exposure to real, high-impact projects.
