
Regional Governance, Performance and Program Management Lead

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on contractual and governance matters
- Coordinate contract management and governance meetings
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and deadlines
- Manage performance management framework as per requirements
- Monitor KPIs, including trending analysis and oversight of any KPI failure rectification plans
- Oversee performance dashboards and reporting systems to ensure alignment to strategic objectives
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Lead performance review processes and provide guidance on performance-related issues
- Oversee formal KPI reporting and present results at quarterly business review meetings
- Manage client satisfaction surveys and feedback processes
- Establish and maintain a robust Transformation governance framework to support delivery of transformation initiatives
- Develop and implement program management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Oversee multiple concurrent transformation projects, ensuring continued alignment with strategic objectives
- Liaise with RAD & Transformation lead to manage resource allocation, risk management, and budget control
- Collaborate with business intelligence team on design, delivery, and maintenance of business intelligence reports, dashboards, and data analysis for clients
- Coordinate all contractual reporting obligations
- Manage ad-hoc and urgent reporting/data requests from clients
- Support the governance of account data
- Monitor and regularly report on data quality
- Work with relevant teams to design and implement plans to improve data quality
- Work with RAD to ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with performance management objectives and client contract requirements
- Ensure that performance metrics are incorporated into transformation projects
- In relation to always-on transformation, be ever curious to leverage network to identify built environment best practices into transformation initiatives, focusing on sustainability, workplace experience, and operational efficiency
- Engage with JLL account leadership team, JLL platform team, and clients, to ensure buy-in and support for initiatives
- Present progress reports and recommendations to JLL management and client teams
- Manage relationships with external consultants, vendors, and client stakeholders as required
- Excellent execution skills, capable of managing complex projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- 5+ years of experience in real estate, facilities management, or related built environment fields is of benefit
- Experience managing across regional contract, ideally within APAC
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
- Transformation or Change management experience in large organizations
- Proficiency with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly, including program management tools such as Smartsheets, Workfront or similar
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatile in meeting client changing needs
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, ideally with a focus on business administration/management, or related field
- Experience in program management, performance management frameworks and contract management
- Proficiency in project management, data analysis tools, and business intelligence platforms
- Demonstrates proactive & professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement
- Has a natural hospitality-orientated communications acumen
- Ability to interact with a wide range of client staff, including senior levels
- Ability to manage conflict and balance between client and firm requirements
- Has a customer service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work across matrixed teams effectively, cross-train them well and promote open, constructive and collaborative relationships at all levels
- Excellent planning & organizational skills to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
