Ensure a smooth Chinese Restaurant operation at all times , assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, Chinese Restaurant profitability evaluation
Optimise profitability of restaurant and drive revenue
Maximise and maintain the Chinese Restaurant's performance
Create an exceptional experience for our guests

Preferably possesses experience from a 5* international hotel
Able to engage with restaurant guests
Is a self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenue
